I brought my vehicle for auto repairs. They were very transparent and upfront with me. The price I was given wasn’t out of my price range but it was out of the price range I was willing to put into a 10 year old car. I absolutely would recommend them still

Very good job of sourcing an electrical problem rapidly draining my car battery and using ultrasound to locate and repair a right front suspension part. They give a 5 year warranty on repairs and provide lift rides for car pick ups. Very highly recommend Broadmoor Garage. I've used them for years

Sometimes we get super lucky.Car died, threw a rod and tore a hole in the motor. Flat out dead @ 241,000 miles - was hoping for more. Time for new car. Broadmoor is the place the AAA tow driver brought us. That's where we got lucky. Every service member kind, truthful and professional. They helped us get to a rental place. We got home safe. Days later they helped us dispose of the dead car and wrote us a check on the spot. The owner personally helped Robyn take off the license plate - she was so upset - and he treated her like a gentleman. I don't wish my vehicles to break down, but if they do in Shreveport, we're going to Broadmoor Garage - a known dependable safe place for good treatment and no nonsense service. We got lucky.

I’m from out of town and was having an emergency situation. Even though they were slammed and it was toward the end of the work day, they still got my vehicle in and looked at and taken care of. They were quick, thoughtful, professional and affordable. If I lived in town, I would definitely use them for all of my vehicle mechanic needs. 100% recommend

I have an Abarth which is in the Fiat family. Found out quickly not everyone can change the oil. Was told to try Broadmoor Garage. I was greeted friendly, asked if I could please get an oil change and was told not a problem at all after saying the car is a Fiat. My positive experience will bring me back, I live in Arlington. Thanks guys, I wish I could give 12 stars you’re the best.
